Phoenix has expertise in working with all types of materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, inconel, forgings, and castings. We also work with high performance engineering plastics such Vespel®, Torlon®, Ultem®, PEEK, etc.

Phoenix Manufacturing offers its customers expert engineering consulting throughout the design and manufacturing processes. We can start with or without your blueprint. We utilize the latest Unigraphics and Mastercam software to develop a manufacturing plan. Our capabilities allow us to work with solid models, CAD, IGES or DXF files.
