Phoenix Manufacturing, Inc. is a women-owned, privately held precision machined components manufacturer located in Enfield, CT. Founded in 1989 as a two-person machine operation in a 2,000-square-foot facility, Phoenix has grown to become one of the leading suppliers of component parts for the aerospace industry. The Phoenix team is now made up of 85 experienced employees working out of our state-of-the-art facility in Enfield.
The key to our success has been the complete service and satisfaction we offer our customers. We work with our customers to provide engineering consulting throughout the manufacturing process from the blueprint to the finished product. Our customers know they can depend on quick turnaround, high-quality products, and reliable service in this ever-changing manufacturing sector.

Phoenix Manufacturing has been providing high quality manufacturing and machining services for more than 35 years. Our company saw significant expansion in 2017 into a 114,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Enfield, Connecticut.
We’re always taking proactive steps toward increasing our productivity from all angles. We continually invest our resources into new manufacturing technologies and processes, including value stream mapping, manufacturing critical-path time, and set-up reduction. We likewise upgrade our equipment and software technology to optimize reliability and efficiency, with continuous staff training to keep up with the latest developments. Long-term growth and sustainability remain core tenets of our business strategies.
Along the way, Phoenix Manufacturing owner and CEO Krystyna Paluch was twice recognized in the prestigious Hartford Business Journal: the Hartford Women in Business Award in 2018, followed by the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2025. Krystyna Paluch joins a growing list of industry-leading women at the forefront of the American manufacturing sector.
Manufacturing Technical Capabilities
In total, our state-of-the-art facility combines more than 40 CNC machines – including 5-axis milling and turning centers with automated material handling systems, multi-tasking mill-turn machines, wire EDM, and waterjet cutting. We continuously expand our capabilities and capacity through strategic investments in new machines and manufacturing technologies such as Model-Based Definition and Digital Transformation.
On-Time Delivery and Quality Performance
Phoenix Manufacturing manages over 600 active part numbers for its customers. We strive to maintain 0 PPM and 99% OTD – one reason our company is now the go-to machining source for major OEM customers around the globe. SUCCESSION PLANNING FOR FUTURE GROWTH
Phoenix is a privately held, family-owned business entity led by Krystyna Paluch. Succession planning includes the next Paluch generation as family owners, solidifying our family-owned company’s commitment to delivering quality American manufacturing services.
Phoenix progressively grew, sustainably, in size and capability from a meager beginning in a building on Broad Brook Road in Enfield, of approximately 8,000 square feet, to its current footprint of just over 114,000 square feet on South Road. Phoenix remains established in Enfield, Connecticut, and is committed to becoming one of the leading suppliers of component parts for the aerospace industry.
