Our entire team, from engineering to machinist to inspector, strives to ensure quality and precision through all stages of production. This process includes prevention and detection strategies from the blueprint to the finished product.

Our newly renovated 5,000 sq ft quality department gives us ample room to perform both layout and CMM inspections. The CMM area consists of numerous programmable Mitutoyo CMMs that allow us to prevent bottlenecks in production (1st piece) and final inspection. Our certified quality clinic enables us to address issues promptly and implement effective root causes and corrective actions in line with 8D principles. The department is well-versed in performing PPAP, PFMEA, and FAI for customers.
