TOP-NOTCH INSPECTION
Our commitment to quality is based on risk management and continuous improvement utilizing the latest techniques in lean manufacturing. Our entire team, from engineering to machinist to inspector, strives to ensure quality and precision through all stages of production. This process includes prevention and detection strategies from the blueprint to the finished product.
Our newly renovated 5,000 sq foot quality department gives us ample room to perform both layout and CMM inspections. The CMM area consists of 5 programmable Mitutuyo CMMs that allow us to prevent bottlenecks in production (1st piece) and final inspection. Our certified quality clinic allows us to address issues as they come up and implement strong root causes and corrective actions following 8D principles. The department is well-versed in performing PPAP, PFMEA, and FAI for customers.
